Broker Account Application

If your Brokerage has not previously used Quay Marine Insurance a new Broker Account Application is required. 

 

When this Account Application is received the Client Broker AFSL Account Application will undergo a compliance check, an appropriate Client Broker Terms of Trade Agreement will be prepared; and the Client Broker agreement returned to you for signing. 

The signed Client Broker Agreement must be returned for execution.
